Conduct of Users Policy |
The Bucks County Free Library is a tax supported educational, informational and recreational institution created to provide access to library materials, brokered information services and public programming for the use of Bucks County residents. The buildings in which these services are rendered provide a place for users to obtain information, to study, to read, to select materials for home use or to attend public programs.
Behavior of any individual or group that inhibits the use of these facilities will result in the Library staff's request to stop the behavior or to leave the premises.
The following behaviors, because of their disruptive nature, will NOT be permitted on the Library's premises if a second request is necessary.
The creation of noise:

Library users must be fully clothed, including shoes
Furniture and equipment must be used for its intended purpose
Service animals are welcome in our facilities
